Mooncake festivals…

Ahh… It’s that time of year again….

Where Dogs wear shades…

And sniffs cat’s butt…

Yup, It’s moon cake time…

Went to Carpanter Street for te moon cake festivals on opening night…
Many things there,
but sadly, not as grand as previous years…
NO KANTONG!!!!
(or at least i think it’s kantong??)

There was cotton candy…
Didn’t buy though…not interested!!!

Met Eldred, my old school friend, there…
He was helping his parents at his parents’ stall…

Lastly,

As I was composing this shot,

There was this guy who just stood there,
looking at the camera,
assuming that I wasted to take his photo…

I waited for him to just pass,
and waited,
And waited,
but he didn’t…

Oh well, that’s life…
“as most people would walk pass, some would just stay there”

Koperasi Day “09

Last Week Was Koperasi Day….

And as usual, the assembly was long…
But It’s Ok, I didn’t have to stand in line
(I was taking photos…)

But the Interesting thing for this year’s assembly is when our Pengetua received a phone call during the assembly…
So we all watched him talk on his phone for 2 minutes ON STAGE…
I had a photo of it but I don’t want to post it
(I don’t want to get expelled… hehe)

As usual, There were food stalls…
Just food…

And Football…

And the annual petanque competition…

All the same as last year…
However,
There was a Singing competition this year…
They were singing in chinese so I didn’t know what the heck were they singing…

Nothing Much happen this year…
Not that interesting…

Too Cool for you…

Day!!!

Sports Day

As all of you would probably know,
My school’s Sports Day was last week…

For this year’s sports day,
There was an unusual entry for the marching competition…

The four man marching group…
look at their flag…
It’s also serve as an umbrella…

As usual, I took part in some sports…
I took part in throwing the stick and throwing the ball…

Got 3rd for lembing a.k.a. the throwing stick game…

Took some great photos…

My house got 1st place and I brought this trophy back…

Nothing much funny during sports day…
but for lunch, I had vegetarian laksa….
it was ok, but could be more spicy…
and the laksa belacan…

It smelled like…

Woohoo!!!

Tomorrow is sports day!!!

Gonna run, jump, throw, roll, climb, fall and many other things…

Don’t forget air hockey…!

Hopefully I don’t end up like this poor fellow…
